I bought 3dspin and I try all day long to convert my 3d files to 3DFL in the import engine...
i get this message : "place in line (number) . please wait..."

but after hours nothing occured....

whats happen ? your server are down ?

In the futur are you concidering to put a stand alone version of the import engine ?
I think it will be a "very very good idea" (i was frustrated, when i bought your technology, to discover that was not the case) because more secure for your customers to don't depend of your server or a connection to Internet.

Yes, there was a down time of a few hours. and yes we will be releasing a personal conversion engine
