well i 'm having this error again and again with my firewall turned off. and sometimes when i select "back" and then continue it goes to "processing file",  then it says "connecting" and then gives the same error again!!!!!!!!

but with the error it also says "DONE" with thegreen check mark

and sometimes the error goes into an unending loop, it keeps on poping, it feels like i'm running a virus in my own system

i don't know what is going on

please help

That happens to me as well, it has something to do with Adobe AIR losing the connection, what I do is I cancel the conversion and reload the file.

i tried it several times, it's not hapening :-(
